At Fully Awake, we provide a variety of mindfulness-meditation-based programs. Join us for weekly meditation classes, periodic retreats, or for an intensive eight-week program which includes an all day retreat.
Our instructors Fay Elliott Moore and Jean Meier collectively have been meditating for over 30 years. They have been working together for the past four years and co-lead the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Retreat programs. If you attend one of our meditation classes, you may find either Jean or Fay in residence that day.
